By accessing or using the Jamludi Eatery app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App allows you to browse the Jamludi Eatery menu, add items to a cart, and submit an order for collection at the food truck. The App is provided free of charge.

Orders must be collected in person at our truck. Delivery is only available for orders of three or more kotas. Payment is made at the point of collection or delivery - cash or card.

No online payment. We do not process any payment through this App. No financial data is transmitted or stored.

An order submitted through the App is a request - we reserve the right to decline any order if an item is unavailable or if we are closed.

You must provide an accurate name and contact number. Providing false information may result in your order not being fulfilled.

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted, but you may contact us at the truck if you have a problem.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

By submitting a review you confirm that it is your honest opinion and that you have actually purchased from Jamludi Eatery. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the App and in our marketing materials.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or our systems.
• Submit false orders or use the App to harass staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the App.

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamludi Eatery excludes all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Menu item descriptions are for guidance only. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please speak directly to staff at the truck before ordering.

All content on the App - including text, images, logos, and the "Jamludi Eatery" name - is the property of Jamludi Eatery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
