By accessing or using the Jamludi Eatery app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App allows you to browse the Jamludi Eatery menu, add items to a cart, and place an order for delivery. The App is provided free of charge.

All orders are delivered to the address you provide - we do not offer collection. There is no minimum order size for delivery. A delivery fee, calculated from the distance between us and your delivery address, is added to your order and shown before you pay.

Orders must be paid for online, in advance, through our payment partner Yoco's secure hosted checkout page, before they are confirmed. The App itself never receives or stores your card details - Yoco's checkout page handles card entry directly, and the App only ever receives a payment confirmation reference back once payment succeeds.

An order submitted through the App is a request - we reserve the right to decline any order if an item is unavailable or if we are closed.

You must provide an accurate name, contact number and delivery address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your order not being delivered.

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted, but you may contact us using the details in the App, or at jamludieatery@gmail.com, if you have a problem.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

By submitting a review you confirm that it is your honest opinion and that you have actually purchased from Jamludi Eatery. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the App and in our marketing materials.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or our systems.
• Submit false orders or use the App to harass staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the App.

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamludi Eatery excludes all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Menu item descriptions are for guidance only. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering, using the details in the App or at jamludieatery@gmail.com.

All content on the App - including text, images, logos, and the "Jamludi Eatery" name - is the property of Jamludi Eatery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
